Registration and Fees


For presenters, upon acceptance of abstracts, please login to make payment of conference registration fees before 3 April 2009 (to enjoy the early bird rate). Note: All presenters and co-presenters must register and pay to attend the conference.

For participants please note that you will need to sign up for a free user account at "MY ACCOUNT" before you can register for the conference.

Fees are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of 7% Goods & Services Tax (GST). The fees cover the conference package, lunch and refreshments.

Payment Options

For Participants in Singapore
For cheque payments, please make cheques payable to "National Institute of Education".
For local schools, payment can be made through IFAAS (request for invoice if needed).
By credit card (choose this option from the online payment system)

Successful completion of the registration process will be auto-acknowledged. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of payment. If you do not receive this email, please contact the Conference Secretariat at to verify your registration.

Official Receipt

Official receipts will be issued to participants upon request at the conference registration desk during the conference. No receipts will be issued if payments are made against invoices.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (by mail, fax or email) to the Conference Secretariat by the registrant no later than 30 April 2009. Please quote your conference registration number and personal particulars and ensure that the document contains your signature. 20% of the registration fee will be charged for processing refunds. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 30 April 2009. Refunds will only be processed after 30 June 2009.
