Hotel-style accommodation on NTU's campus is available at the Nanyang Executive Centre (NEC). In-house guests have access to a well-equipped gymnasium and an Olympic-sized pool which is a stone's throw away from the centre. Other facilities include a basketball court, a squash court and a running track. Also, the NTU Staff Club located nearby offers Chinese cuisine at its restaurant and bar.

Direct access to the downtown and airport is made possible through the expressways. A 5-minute walk to the nearby bus stop will bring you to the conference venue and a nearby Mass Rapid Transit station connects you to the rest of the island. SBS Bus numbers 179 and 199 are the two public buses that serve between NTU and Boon Lay bus interchange.

Transport

Transportation will be provided for all conference participants to and fro Boon Lay MRT Station (EW27) and the conference venue at designated timings in the mornings and evenings of the 3-day conference.
